At OlhaCare, each session is a time dedicated entirely to you. To ensure a respectful and smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to read the booking policy below. Scheduling and Regularity Therapy works best with regular and consistent sessions. I encourage you to reserve your time slot in advance to maintain continuity and support your progress. Payment Sessions must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Unpaid bookings cannot be held. Rescheduling and Cancellations If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed appointments, are fully charged, as that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to miss a session due to an emergency situation, please contact me directly — I will do my best to find a suitable time to reschedule. Punctuality Please arrive (or connect online) on time for your session. Late arrivals cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation — this helps create a respectful and reliable therapeutic space for everyone.
