I'm Olha, a 30-year-old therapist specializing in relationships. Having navigated the challenges of moving to France with my husband, I recognize the importance of understanding oneself for a fulfilling life and thriving relationships.
This isn't your typical psychotherapeutic group. Instead, it's a little space 4-6 participants. Through metaphorical cards and art therapeutic techniques, we'll explore chosen subjects and create a supportive environment for genuine connections.
1st meeting "Big Little Me," will revolve around metaphorical cards of the same name. Together, our goal is to create a secure space where you can know yourself better, rediscover or clarify your wishes, dreams, and goals.
As someone who has not only participated in but led similar women's meetings in my home country, I understand the transformative power of such connections.
